I finally have a grasp on just why

there is no sealant needed for the gaskets.......O-rings.....they fit nice and tight. since it's getting late I may just clean off the lower area with some compressed air......cover it up good and put the upper intake back on in the daylight. I took about 3 pictures......I think they are sitting in there good......

Think of the sealant as INSURANCE.

I was told a few times no sealant..... but itlooked like there was some there.........
