i got the right tires right?

i got my pirelli scorpion at's from tirerack today and i noticed that they are are 6 ply. thats what they should be right? the sidewall is 2 ply. there was never a choice of ply. i know i'm stupid but i just need to know for sure before i get these put on tommorow. thanks

Yes, they will be 6 ply. Slightly rougher ride, but hey, it's a truck not a Lincoln Continental.

yeah, i looked it up. i guess all at tires are 6,8 or even 10 ply. actually i got the pirellis b/c of the great reviews of having a smooth ride. i guees they are made of a softer compound or something like that. anyway, thanks for the reply.
