not sure what u mean by door bell... the door ajar alarm??

Close the door, remove the key. It's not a separate "bell".

Or pull the trim from behind the steering wheel, and pull the clip off (one wire going to it) that is by the lockset. Cover it with electrical tape, and tuck it back in behind the trim.
