So I'm hearing a ticking noise every time i drive, whether at idle or just driving. It's kinda annoying and I think it gets louder the faster I go. It seems as if it's coming from the engine on the passenger side. What could it be? Could it be the rockers? Whatever it is, it doesn't sound healthy

It sounds like the same problem I am having. It started about a month ago and is getting louder. If you figure it out let me know. Mine is loud in the engine compartment but even louder from underneath. I am not experiencing any performance problems but you are right it does not sound healthy.
