I need some ideas! HELP ME!

Hey guys im new here and need some help.

Ive got a 02 Ford Explorer XLT stock that i want to modify. I want to lift it and put bigger tires and wheels on it.. BIG, and i want some exhaust... i was thinking about true duals straight pipes? And i want to do some stuff to the engine. Well if you could give me some ideas that would be great. thanks

True, but what would you recommend I put in it? I want it to be pretty loud.. and not sound like a little street car.

What about a performance muffler? Keep in mind that there are O2 sensors on your exhaust.

idk, im kind of looking for more of a loud exhaust than like performance kind. This is exactly what i want mine to sound like...

My 0.02 on exhaust:

If you're planning on ever taking your vehicle through some technical trails, make it as quiet as possible or else you'll never hear what your spotter is screaming at you (spotters are not always visible in front of the vehicle).

Leave the catalytic converter in place, and use a straight pipe for the muffler. I hope that it will still pass inspection.

What kind of setup do you think he has on that video?

he prob have straight true dual pipes... plus he has a 5.0 V8 which naturally is gonna sound like a monster compared to a 4.0 V6

check out FLOWMASTER for a start, as simple as that advise sounds lol

The 4.0 will never sound like a 5.0, just go with a nice performance muffler. The 4.0 sounds like a rice bomb without a muffler. Just my opinion.
