I want it to sound like the new gto

try a thrush, you'd be surprised how good a sound and how cheap the muffler

You don't have to be brave to take the cats off, just stupid, and irresponsible. You just need a middle of the road performance muffler that is not too loud for you. Some muffler shops will test fit a few of their universal mufflers so you can get a test listen before you buy them.

A megaphone type tip will make it louder when you give it gas, might try that first. Do not cut off the cats, whatever you do. Your ECU and my lungs need them.

or you could just take off 2 of the cats and leave the 2 important ones
