OMG i miss my '93 that had 4wd. I just got done looking at "snow pics" thread and i am very jealous.

It is now snowing here (ya, in oklahoma), and i wanna go play.

Anybody wanna trade for a 2wd limited???

Alright well hey maybe some of you guys w/ 2wd could post some pics of "playing" in some snow or mud or just anything that would brighten my spirits.

Yup i'm bored here. CUZ I CAN'T GO DRIVE ANYWHERE

I hope everyone has a safe and happy holidays...

ill trady you for a 2wd limited 5.0

my ranger has a 4.0, auto, and it rocks in the snow.
comes with a toolbox, CB, sony cd player
its fully loaded with captains chairs, explorer center console, power windows, locks, mirrors, lumbar support. cruise and auto tranny, and auto hubs, with electric x-fer case. i realy will trade you man. ive got 90k on my truck.

Your Limited should have a rear limited slip diff..............put some tires on that thing and go play!!:D Remember, all these guys with 4WD and an Open rear diff only have 2wd (1 at each end) when things start slipping. Go have fun!

Years ago the plows were 2 WD and they plowed ok with a load on the back! If things got really bad they put chains on! Like said if you have limited slip just put some good snow & ice tires on! A lot of my buddies like the Cooper Discover M&S! I would put 4 of the same tires on tho!

Ya, it has LS. And yes i remember that w/ my '93 it was "two wheel" 4x4. One in front and one in back. But w/ 4wd i HAD one tire spinning up front to help me turn.

Oh i know i'll get by w/ what i have just fine, but to be honest, i want to do stupid stuff again. I remember driving through the Cimarron River, driving through insane amounts of mud and snow.

I don't know i just had the itch yesterday. But i would still like to see some pics of 2wd vehicles that people use in comparison to 4wd.

Oh and by the way i have 265/70/15 Dueler AT Revo's that do very well. Plus a little TT/shackle that put me off of the ground a little bit more.

Oh believe me, i know about him and his old explorer. I'm just thinking about others that necessarily havn't expressed that they are 2WD. Ya know?
