Been away for awhile, did the Jeep thing but now I'm back.
I just bought a 2000 sport. I found one with very little rust or body damage (rare up here).
I knew it had mechanical issues going in, so time to start fixing.
First, I'm not sure 4x4 is disengaging, the light goes off and it switches to rear wheel drive but the drive shaft continues to turn when driving, and the ABS light stays on. Is it normal for the front end to stay engaged?
Check engine light is on with the only code P0002.
