In the process of removing emblems....

I decided to remove the "explorer" and "sport" off of my car today. So far I have EXPL off and the tape under that gone... Still have the rest of it to do.. I'm in Texas though, and it's still really hot so I can't do too much at once... I'm going to wait until the evening to finish it... I might just go to school with a "Sport" tomorrow and then take that off tommorrow evening....anyways, It's going to look really good when I get them off. It does leave a little faded like part where the letters where but I waxed the part I took off to make sure it would go away and that works..

Glad to hear it worked out with good results. Just remember to put a good coat or two of wax where the emblems were.

nope '98 and up are just on there with tape stuff

try detailing clay to go over where u took off the letters then wax a couple of coats, might help blend it in alittle more!
