Indiglo Lights Problem

I have a 95 Ford Ranger Splash with indiglo lights on when I bought it. On the instrument panel that is. When I turn the headlight switch on sometimes they come on for a brief secound then go out. Sometimes they come on for a while then just go out. Sometimes I can flick the headlight switch on and they come on then go out. I have replaced the headlight switch twice and didnt work..Also I have checked the ground wire and it seems to be good..I went under the dashed and wiggled the wired to see if there was a connection problem and the lights didnt blink at all..Any ideas I may be missing..Thx. It could be the power box going out.

The suppylbox with the wires comming out of it? If so can i replace that or just buy a new set of lights. And thanks for the reply.. I assume the black box with the sticky tabs on it..
