Injection Pressure Sensor? Injection Pressure Damper? Which one/s?

2000 Explorer XLT 2WD 4.0L SOHC, JOB 1, VIN E, 5-Speed Automatic O/D 5R55E, Manufactured 09/99

I’m trying to understand what parts my Explorer has (without having to crawl underneath or take things apart).

Does it have a:

Fuel Injection Pressure Sensor… yes… no?
Fuel Injection Pressure Damper… yes… no?
They are the same… yes… no?
It has neither one… yes… no?

Please advise. Many thanks.

I've wondered too if my '97MM 5.0 has a fuel pressure sensor...
I clicked on your link to the top part in question and one thing led to another and found what looks like a diesel application
