Instrument Panel Lights Not Working

I just noticed today my instrument panel lights aren't working. When I turn the headlights on nothing dims, and I get no chime when the door is open. Are all these one circuit? I checked the fuse and it looks fine. What else could be the problem?

Sound like I need a new dimmer switch? Shaking and twisting the switch doesn't turn the lights on. Think that's the part I need to replace?

Found out the chimes are tied in with the running lights. Sure enough my running lights weren't working. Just a dead fuse. After I replaced that fuse I would jiggle the headlight switch and the gauge lights flashed off and on. I think this is a case closed! Is the dimmer switch built in to the headlight switch or is this something completely different?
