Is Soundstream still any good?

I used to have three soundstream amps in my old truck running MB Quarts and some JL subs. I loved the amps. Strong and clean. I heard that they were bought out by another company and now their amps suck a$$. Is this true or do they still rock?

They use to be the Shiznit , as of lately they are only good to wipe the shiznit off your butt . hehehe .
