they use a bar that is twisted under a lot of pressure to force the suspension downward.

Example: hold your arm out strait in front of you with your hand wraped around a pencil. Holding it horizontal...

Your arm would be the torsion bar
Your hand would be the front IFS
And the pencil is the axleshaft

thanks! oh and it sounds like its not all that good?? ive like my coils so far and with the lift i bought they have a little less stiff coils so its kinda nice

the guy that does the landscaping at work left this pile of gravel, i drove my 93 to work just to do this. I was gonna climb farther up but didnt have anyone to take pictures. it was hard enough jumping back into the drivers seat after this. 4 inch lift, sway bars still connected.
