Today I replaced my radiator in my 91 eddie baur ( it had a crack in it) . When I got it all done I went for a ride it was fine . When I got back I left it running and checked under it for leaks . I found one coming out of water pump at shaft. My question is can you take it apart and replace a seal in it or do you have to replace the whole thing. Also could it have caused the preasure to crack radiator. Cause I had no pressure before now when I take off cap it whooshes air . I also found a line on my transfer case on the back top of it plugged off. Does any body know what it is supposed to be hooked to . My 4x4 don't work Thanks for any help!

1. Replace the water pump. You can't service it.

2. Sounds like you have air in the cooling system.

3. That line on your transfer case was a vent. Put it back.

4. Check the shift motor on your transfer case. There's a thread on it in the transmission and transfer case forum.

thanx you all. I already rebuilt shift motor . And where does vent go to .
