James Duff Prerunner Bumper with 3" body lift??

I'll be putting a 3" body lift on my truck in the next couple months, and I'm considering getting the James Duff prerunner bumper as well. Does it use the stock mounts? If so, it should work with the bumper lift brackets, right?

the Bumper will come with welded on mounts but the Bumper will not have mounting holes. Once you lift the truck put the bumper on and mark the hole that you need to mount the Bumper. Then you drill the Holes your self so you get the most prefered location.
