But it didn't start out like this.

We returned from our trip to Colorado Sept 2009 to find this waiting in the yard.

It needs a few little sumthuns--but it is a great start I do think.
Here is where we begin to take over the work started by trukmajik and dejello

Sad to hear! I'll never forget the day we ALMOST ROLLED her!!! I still get shaky thinking about it.

RBV huh? Keeping it an Explorer? What would be the plans?

Ranger Based Vehicles. Damn, this was always my favorite 1st Gen Ex.

Lol.

You have to get another offroader so we can hit up Oura again!

He will.

I'm guessing another 2nd gen V8...

I've got a nice 93/99 Limited that could use some love. I still need to rebuild the V6 trans to get it running again. I get a new house roof next week finally from the hail storm.

Good luck with the hunt for a new RBV, Jon. Any thoughts on what direction you are going to go with the next one? How about a v8 swap in a newer ranger...

The owners finally sent me a picture of this thing wheeling at Disney, OK. If I get more I will post them. It is also being street driven--

I miss it tremendously.

I miss it too and havent even seen it in person.. What are you working on now? I believe you had bought a maroon Mounty?
