So I kinda of got my Birthday/Anniversary (5 yr's) present a few weeks early How much does my wife love me!

Not sure what color to paint it... I was thinking of a light grey like my radius arms, but not sure. I'd like it to match the truck, but not a crazy paint job. No bright yellow or anything. Maybe kinda corprate/military kinda of look...:scratch: With JP Stamping or something

I got a 10,400, because we thought a 7k trailer was pushing it. That way a SD or something like colin's van (probally too long)could go on it if need be... I just can tow it then with my truck

I was thinking maybe like the JP jeeps were painted All Grey with red stripes and numbered. (NO RED WHEELS!) And maybe JP## on the side instead of the JP logo. Or InGEN which is the company that funded the JP park in the movie, but I don't think anyone will get it.

How about something like "Stico Productions" on the framerails. That way it will look like it's a production company transporting a movie prop for Jurassic Park 4. Make a matching magnet for your truck.

I second the paint job to match the F1fiddy. You will probably always have a charcoal truck after owning that one, easiest color to keep looking good.

So I think over the summer I'll paint it. Do some sanding, and then bust out a gallon of Rustoleum Pro. smoke grey or light grey with a roller. Then I'll do the mesh floor in black I think with a big nappy roller then we'll see about the red stripes

got to switch over the wiring to 7 pin, some one did a 4 wire and then a 2 wire for the brakes

add some more marker led lights, missing rear center plate. (maybe some blinkers on the fenders, and hi mount brake on the ramps )

funny you should ask

the new floor is 78 1/2" wide. there use to be a wood floor that was level with the top of what is now the side walls. the guy put in a mesh floor, which dropped the floor about 2"-3". So in between the fenders is actually 83". The U-haul I had last time out was only 79" wide and the truck fit, so I should be OK the way it is.
