So I guess its the 28th-29th.... now, level, would you all like to step it up a notch in difficulty this time? maybe take a few hrs to do a harder trail, some ppl mentioned that they would like to hit a few "good" trails, its all up to you guys..... I spent 2.5 hrs today in the rain spotting 16 trucks through Rattler, this is after gettin 3 hrs sleep and hitting the trails early today, Im soaked and tired, im off ta take a hot shower and passout, and do all this again tomorrow.

BTW, anyone coming out for NEUROCK next weekend?

Chris, I'll run what ever you guys want to run, if you think I can mae it, if not, well, I'll leave my truck on the side of the trail and watch the better trails. Anybody want to get me a set of sliders for my birthday?

Harder Trails sound great:bounce: But hope they have bypasses if some stock trucks tag along, or if we dont want to beat up our trucks too bad

Yeah i second a harder run, i want to hit some good trails. not to mean to the guys with less modified trucks but it gets boring when you have 1 or 2 guys holding you back. If there is a big turn out of less built rigs I'm all for running some easier trails but otherwise BRING ON THE BIG ROCKS! :D

OK, heres the deal, I know that Doug, Shaun, Matt, or anyone else for that matter, sept me, hasnt been on a run with harder trails, it basiclly goes like this, we get to the trail early, and spend a good 2-3 hrs enjoying the challenge, I think that it would really bore stockers, I like to take it slow and easy so not to break anything. Here is what I would recommend for this run, 32-33" minimum tire size, 2-3" body lift, one limited slip (ive gotten open reared trucks through tho), and a good set of balls. not to scare anyone, but for this run, expect damage like scratches and dents, if you dont get any its a plus, but if you do, your expecting it. Im looking to run high blue/low black trails, if you have a map you can look this up, or go to www.paragonap.com / map section.

Rattler
Rattlers tail
Muddy pipeline?
Wompum (both parts)
Rabit run
Sleepy Hollow
Squirl
Inner spare tire (backwards)
Laurel

the first 4 are one day, and the rest are the second day.
If you have any questions about your trucks qualifications feel free to email me or IM me anytime.

So all ride-alongs will need are pads and a helmet? I suppose I can put my 33" sneekers on.

ride alongs wont spend too much time in the trucks, we usually go about 40-50 feet and stop for the next truck, this is why it takes 2-3 hrs to complete a hard trail.

I'll break out my 35" sneakers;) The Dad doesn't want me to go by myself, so I gotta bribe the sis to go:D We'll take her '02 through it:eek: So I might not be able to make it.

I don't think Sammy will be re-geared in time for this run. I know it's not gonna work on the harder trails without it.

I smell burnt clutch already!

we had 3 sammys in our group today, totally inpressed me, one guy had it bone stock, on 33's gearing was totally messed up with the 33's but he made it over some big stuff, a bit of clutch burning but he made it. there was another kid who just geared the t-case, no lockers, he really did good, and yes, I had him on Rattler, over the hard section, and through spare tire, and sleepy hollow, and squirl, and wompum.

so Chris, should I work on flattening out my rockers now? You know I'm up for what ever you think I can run with this little stocker:D

And I'll just go get some 44's and call it done  :D

Cj and I will just sit at the top of the trail chillin in my *umbrella equipped* Wal Mart chairs with our cameras and laugh at you guys breaking isht, okay? ;) Seriously, this sounds like fun. I'm curious to see how well the lot of you handle these trails. Spare tire backwards ought to be interesting...Rat you gonna bring firewood again for camping or is Fug going to light a raging inferno with his gas can?

well, we still need fuel to keep the fire going. Who wants to come and help me split some?

You know i was only joking about using the 5 gallon gas can to start a fire, wtf do you take me to be some sort of nut? What I was planning on doing is siphoning all the gas outa the fishtank and starting a fire with that, now thatll be a real nice blaze! :D

hmmmmm, she does run High Octane, doesn't she:D

that weekend sounds like it's going to be alot of fun, cant wait
