Just bought a 2001 Sport trac !!!!!!

I just bought a 01 sport trac with 106,000 miles on it it was in ok shape its fully loaded minus 4 wheel drive which i didnt want anyways I got it for 5700 they were asking 7500. So far i have done just maintienece to be on the safe side its got the job 2 motor in it.I changed
Valve cover gaskets they were leaking
lower oil pan gasket slight leak
thermostate housing slight leak
rear diff fluid
trans filter and fluid change
oil change with synthetic
air filter
complete coolant system flush
idler pulley was making noise
auto tensioner also making noise
fule filter
KYB shocks front and rear eaby 112 shipped brand new
I ended getting all this from rock auto for under 170 took me a couple hours to do but i feel the truck is ready to go and i feel the miles are low enough. any input on what else i need would be great
