Just bought another 91 8-) 500.00

Hi guys..

Well I went and bought another 91 explorer yesterday and it is a 2dr and a manual tranny and since I 'really' always wanted one of those I am quite happy. The paint is crappy but it does have the manual hub conversion and a new clutch. I have plans to lift it and put on bigger tires. On my 4dr I have 31x10.5 BFG A/t on Ford Explorer wheels. Can I take and put those tires onto the 2dr w/o any problems? (temp use until the lift)

Plans: (not in any order)
1. Lifted - at least two inches
2. Detroit True Trac in the rear
3. New radiator (orig in it)
4. Tranny oil cooler
5. 3.73 or 4.10 gears (not sure which)
6. Would prefer 32 x 10.5 BFG A/t or 33 x 12 but the tires to me should look in proportion to the truck - most people I think over size things and then it doesn't look right.
7. Sirius sat radio installed this weekend. (swap radios from my old truck to the newer one)
8. Needs paint on the 2dr - going to red or maroon from slate grey with bad clearcoat.
9. Wish I could put in a sunroof but probably cannot because of the ribs in the roof.

Yeah that will be no prob to swap the wheels over.

We bought a 2dr this year for the same price. Pretty sweet deal if i may say.

Market value here in Vancouver if not rusted would be 2300-2500 and even with the rust it is 1500 so I walked away with it. - I am going to do this one up.. always wanted a 2dr and 5spd and something to sleep in
