The email is in regards to version 2.11 and a teaser about the Performance Upgrade. If you already have 2.11 on your MFT, you can ignore the portion about updating. If you don't have 2.11, you can download it from our website under the Update & Customize tab.

Here are a few tricks you can try in order to get your phone to pair again:

- Make sure SYNC is deleted from your phone.
- If possible, do a battery pull on your phone, leaving your battery out for 30 seconds.
- If you can't pull the battery on your phone, power it down and back up.
- Do a Master Reset on your MyFord Touch:

MENU > SETTINGS > SYSTEM > MASTER RESET

If you still can't pair your phone, let me know and I can send you some more steps to try.
