Good equipment makes all the difference. I got a 0*f bag and an pad to insulate me from the ground. I'll be good.

Don't worry about the dogs, just pet them, and make nice and they'll love you forever. They may try to jump in the sleeping bag with you though.

Lol, they've shared a bed and a couch with me at one point or anther, one morning I woke up and natty was asleep on top of my sleeping bag, and I've never been peed on.

They wont pee on you inside the house. BUT...your fair game outside in the back yard!

I too have shared a few nights with those dogs, never had any problems with them inside either. Nigel is so smart he watches TV and reads the screen on Jon's laptop. He even knows certain TV shows and runs to the couch to watch..lol

Outside, they revert back to their true nature, a DOG.

Worse case we can set up a cot--if someone brings a cot, next to the woodstove in the garage. That persons job will be to keep the fire stoked--lol

Sounds like a job for me. Too bad I didn't take the cots I had with me when I moved. I had like 3 or 4 military cots, but I was like "I'll never need these, ##### it, they can stay here."
