Keeping glass from getting rock chips in it?

Hey guys driving the other day and some ahole old guy in his Toyoda pickup truck got a small rock throw at my windshield thank god it was only a small chip in the middle can't really see it. Turned into me smoking his ass on the highway my ford explorer kick his Toyoda's ass. So is their anything i can put n my windshield that will maybe protect it? If theirs not is their something i can put on to maybe keep some sunlight out or UV protection?

They make a "film" for protecting your plastic headlights from stone damage, but I don't think that there is anything out there for the windshield yet. By the way, you are right, your ex WILL kick the toy truck's ass!

windshiled shops can fill the chip which will prevent it from walking. Unfortuantly once the crack starts it wont stop.
