Today I drove to Rite Aid to get a new battery for my remote. When I got out the truck I locked it with the keyless entry on my fusion key and after I paid and left I unlocked it with my fusion key. I put the battery in, in the parking lot and tried it. Nothing happened. I decided to try and re-program it and after I did that neither keyless entry would work. So then I drove home and tried to reprogram it again. For some reason I wanted to start the truck original Ford key and all the lights and the radio came on but nothing after that. Took it out and it started right up with the same key. Any Ideas?
I ran into my mechanic while I was at wawa buying cigarettes and he said he will look at it Tuesday when I have the tranny fluid changed but I would like to try and get it done myself first if I can. Thanks for any help.
