Largest spare tire that wil fit under bed

What is the largest tire that will fit under the bed in the stock location? I also have a hitch under there, figured that will affect the size that will fit. I would like to fit at least a 31" under there, since the truck has 31"'s on it.

Depends on the hitch. A person could only guess since they are all different.
Without a hitch, some people have fit 33's, but it seemed tight on mine. A 32 would probably just fine with the right hitch.

That's what I figured, all the answers I found were regarding explorers, so I wasn't sure. It looks like the 31" will fit though, so I'm gonna give it a go. Thanks

I have a hidden hitch and my 31" spare fits. It is tight though.

Not sure if space is different underneath, but I put a 31" tire under my 2007, fir no problem, but it is TIGHT.
