Leaking PCV connection causing lean codes..?

Ok so today I finally found one of those super difficult to find T fittings that the PCV fits into because my original broke back in the spring. I had "fixed" it with some larger tubing put over the break but it was not meant to be permanent. After getting my exhaust done it must've made the (or another intake) leak worse and I have been throwing the code number P0174 bank 2 system too lean.
Would a leaking PCV connection cause a lean code or should I still plan on replacing intake gaskets?

PCV leak will definitely cause a lean code.
