I have had leather (Ford's) since our 2K Expedition EB 4X4 with rich "Corinthian Leather"
(ERRR wrong car). In not too quick of a time, the seats were grime on tan! Time to clean.
Off to find leather cleaner and re-conditioner. I tried all those products you are now
thinking about too. The problem was the cleaner was taking off the finish on the seats.
I remembered an old client that restored "those kind of cars" and remembered a product he swore
by stuff called leatherinique or something like that. So I found it and boy did it work.
Fast forward to time to wash 90K miles off for a lower payment % and an Expy EB w/ IRS,
load leveling, nav and more. When my dealer inquired about how fine the seats were,
they used it to.
Here is a link to them.
Here are pics of the driver's seat in out 08 Edge w/ 180K.
