Lots of people have. Some of them made threads too. BTW, they are not LED headlights, they are just headlights with some LEDs in them for an accent light.

Yes, you can find them on www.explorerforum.com/forums/ where the brilliant architects of the bulletin board system created a system where users could look at old threads on the subject by looking, or if they are having trouble finding them, by using an integrated search feature. restricting your search to the first gen section will help you.

The consensus is that the fitment is fine, the headlights work as well as any aftermarket headlight, and the LEDs are ugly and stupid. Without them, I think those headlights would be perfect. There are installed pics on most of the e-bay ads. The only difference between the rangers in those pictures and explorers is behind the windshield or under the hood.
