Lift kit for the 2003 model

Any word on when a lift kit for the 2003 Explorer will be available ???

short answer... nope

long answer... the more i search, the more people i contact, the more questions i ask, the less likely it seems that it will be come a reality. It just dosent seem to have the capability to be modified realistically in a way that a manufacturer can or would be wiling to market.
The new x's were never intended to be marketed to people looking to lift it, and therefore it seems the ability, support, or demand is not presant. Add to that the fact that so much would have to be tweaked or replaced in a kit, that would get you higher but still leave you with 5 inches of wheel travel makes it even more improbable

They both have their place off road and some think the future of off road maybe fully independant at all 4 corners.

looking to lift my 03 2dr 2wd explorer. having a hard time finding any lift kits. any suggestions? I will also be getting tires soon and would like to upsize from the current stock settings while keeping the stock rims. what would you suggest?

2 door sports are the same as the 95-01 platform
i dont know uch about the 2wd ones though, so thats all i can offer

baring the change to from a mono leaf to a multi leaf pack somewhere along the lines, yes

if im not mistaken its the PA 883 is the one you would need, but your diving into pretty much uncharted waters. while it hs been done it hasnt been done by anyone around here, or been documented as to what you might run into along the way. at the verry least yous need to fab the bumper brackets
