HEY I JUST GOT A 1991 EDDIE BAUER XPLORER. I REALLY WANT TO PUT A LIFT ON IT AS WELL AS SOME 33'S OR SOMETHING OF THE SORT. WHAT PRICE RANGE AM I LOOKING AT GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES?

THANKS

First of all, welcome to the site. You will find anything and everything you want and don't want to know about your Explorer here. The best advice I can give you on price is figure out how you want to lift it, either body lift or suspension and then look through the for sale forum. ther are a few lift kits for sale in there. I imagine they will be cheaper than going to the store and getting one. There are also tires and wheels for sale in there. You could finish your truck with everything that people sell on this site. I have a 4" Trail Master and I fit 33's no problem. I think I spent about $1,700 total though I got 5 33's for $200 from a buddy. Good luck!

Well I just bought my lift last month and i spent like $ 918 on the superlift with all the extras, ie:breaklines bushings ect. Spent $88 on the 3" body lift and $600 on my 35's. Keep in mind you'll need an alignment and some little crap here and there but better have some ducks saved up cause it doesnt stop once you get the fever ha ha , right now I'm lookin at some custom bumpers and some other cool toys. good luck.

If you get your Superlift kit at 4Wheel Parts Wholesaler, they will install it for free. I believe the special is still good.
