lift types

what is the difference between a supsension lift and a body lift, and what do you need for what?? Like if you just want to add some height not necassarily goin offroading what do you reccomend?? oh and how much do they run $$ and where can I get it installed.

A suspension lift lifts the suspension and the body, a body lift just lifts the body up. A SL is more expensive but fairly easy to install. A BL is cheaper but more difficult to install. Try searching for both types of lift and you will find alot of info on them to further answer your questions.

my body lift was extremely easy to install. i dont know about suspention lifts tho.

Also, suspension lifts generally increase suspension performance. Body lifts do not.
