I actually had a buddy just about sit on the traction beam to bring it down after the spacer (seat) was installed, and then it was just a matter of settin it in there, but whatever you do....
Make Sure You Mark Where Your Spring Is When You Take It Out Just wherever the coil ends... the end piece thing,.... you'll know what I'm talking about when you see it. Mark that on the coil "bucket" with a sharpie and line that back up when you reinstall. have fun and good luck
