lockers on a 98 awd v8???

Can i put locking hubs on the rear axel of my 98 awd v8 explorer, can i some how also put lockers on the front?
I am confused i got alot of different answeres as to the rear being a lsd axel and the front being open can someone give me the a straight answere.

You might want to do this mod first--

Then for lockers you will need to find an open carrier to install a locker into, or, get the locker type which includes the carrier. The LSD carrier won't accept the locker. Locking the rear works real well


Since the 2nd gen front hubs cannot be unlocked, a locker in the front ( unless it was selectable) would be a PITA to drive on ice or snow.

from the pictures it looks like they have an atuomatic after the conversion just able to select what ever ###ntion they wated (like 4lo and ect.)
i would like to do that, it doesnt matter if it's a manual i'd preffer atuo trans
