Looking to add fog lights

I have a 2018 XLT that did not come with factory fog lights but was looking to add a set of the ones that go in the bumper under the headlights. Can someone please point me in the right direction here? Do I have to pull the front bumper cover totally off to do this? I’ve sent the kits on Amazon and eBay that look just like the factory ones, just unsure how to install. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
