- 2007 Explorer Sport Trac
Hello,
My name is Damian and I recently got a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. It is in great condition and everything runs great. I love the truck but I am looking to maybe get a 2" to 3" lift and put some trail wheels and tires on it. I have heard of a Torsion Twist and how it is a free lift, but I have also heard that it can damage your CV joints pretty quick, so I'm not sure if i should just get a lift kit or do that. For wheels and tires, I'm looking into some 31.89" Nitto Trail Grappler M/T Tires. They're a wheel and tire combo and I feel they would look great on the truck and would serve their purpose of what I will do with the truck, but I just need a few other opinions on what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Damian
P.S. I am on a slim budget so I can't do anything too expensive.
