I'll measure the lines tomorrow. I think they are 3/8" to AN-3 adapters on one end, but I'm not sure waht size the banjo fitting is. I'll check tomorrow and post.

Just wondering if that was what they are, i'm not worried about the banjo, just this end....

Sorry about hte delay. I've been so freaking busy lately. I'm graduating from college for the second time (glutton for punishment), and I have finals right now.

I finally dropped the X of to get hte winchplate and winch installed. (pics later today)

I hope to get the brake lines installed later this week, and then I'll install the shackles and twist some T-bars. (pics to follow)

I haven't measured the lines yet, but I'll do that tonight and let you know (thelines are in the X, so I can't do it now). I do apologize about not getting back to you sooner, I simply forgot about it. I'll PM you when I finally do get it.

ANyhow, stay tuned.

Thats cool, i understand

Winch

EDIT: Posted better pics. See below.

Brake lines.

OK. THe brake lines are a 3/8" to AN adapter. Pretty sure it's AN -3, but I guess either size would work as long as you kept it constant throughout. Then the brake hose itself, and then the banjo fitting, which I also believe is a 3/8" size. The only other size near it is the 10mm banjo, but I doubt its that size.

For the rear, I'm going to be ordering these parts:

3/8" female to AN -4 adapter
(from hardline on frame to hose)

30" AN -4 brake hose w/ 90 degree fitting on one end
(from frame adapter to T fitting on axle)

3/8" T fitting to AN -3
(T fitting on axle to split L and R sides)

3/8" male to AN -4 adapter
(to attach hose to T fitting)
AERFCM2926.jpg

12" AN -3 hose
(for driver's side, T fitting to caliper)
ALL48101thumb.jpg

XX" AN -3 hose
(for passenger side T fitting to caliper, not sure of exact length, since it has to reach all the way across the axle, probaly about 42")
ALL48101thumb.jpg

(x2) 3/8" banjo fittings
(to attach hose to caliper, of course!)

Hopefully that should do it!

sweeeeet.....lookin' good!

Nope, none of the lights are really aimed very well. None of hte lights are even connected right now! :p Had to take them off to paint the bumper and never hooked them back up.

It comes with space for the second set of posts. I just bought a cheap set at Autozone and screwed them in. Easy.

Where's the hood pins? I didn't see any hood pins in those pics!? ;) :D

Fender.

Finally got that replacement fender. Then again, I've been out of town for hte past two weeks.

Going to mount it today and hopefully get it painted sometime this week...

Its about time, although that single fender thing you were running around with could have been the latest craze:p

Doc: love the ex... You should have kept your broken fender on... then it wouldn't have mattered if you hit something on the trail =P Did the shop end up paying for a new one?
