Low beams are not working.

Hi, I have a 97 Explorer. The low beams aren't working. I have read several posts, but still not sure what to do. I took it to the shop and they checked the light switch, the dimmer switch, I replaced the bulbs and the fuses and still nothing. He thinks their may be an issue in the wiring harness but not sure. Any suggestions and if I need a new wiring harness any suggestions who to order it from. Thanks

I would think its eithr the Multi Function Switch (turn signal stalk) or the Lamp Out Module . See LOM in this post in the FAQs. http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28683

Had this happen to me a long time ago. It ended up being the low beam filimate's were burnt out. Replaced the bulbs and all was back to normal. Never found out what caused them to burn out.

Thank You so much!!!! Had the back of the circuit board soldered in 3 places and the low beams are working again.
