well, now after flipping my torsion keys (look for torsion flip) and cutting down my bumpstops I'd say more like 2.5". Any more requires modified control arms, and frame cutting in the rear-sorry to say.
You should at least get some camber adjusting shims-
I'd recommend the kit, as you'll need an alignment afterwards-
please read up on this--all you can before you do anything. The front can be raised or lowered by adjusting-flipping the keys yes-but there are other things to consider-

lowered with 22's will beat the tar out of you-it will ride like crap.
