I'm using their yellow version (2500K) in my fogs. I found decent press on the quality of them, but I doubt they're any better than Silverstars (call it a hunch). I've had them for a month or two and no problems. They came in a very well designed package and seem to be of high quality. They actually have a direct sell website, so see if they're cheaper here (I think they have free shipping and their price seems to be $25, not $30 as you found) and be a guinea pig. These things are very popular in the ricer community. Enough said.
My buddies actually use them. They're not as bright as silverstars but look 95% like HIDs. Just not as bright. They'd look real nice in Diamond housings though. They're a very very pale bluish white, like I said almost indistinguishable from HIDs other than in light output.
