Another Pro-M success story begins....
... and continues.
UPDATE on my returned Pro-M MAF
When I returned the MAF, I was told that I would be called as soon as they received the MAF and be kept appraised of the status.
After 10 days and not hearing a thing from Pro Flow ( yes, I checked the tracking on the returned MAF and know when they received it ), I sent them an E Mail requesting a status report. Later that day, I received a phone call from someone at Pro Flow; I do not recall his name, wanting to know why I sent them an E Mail requesting a status update. Once again I had to relate the saga of the returned MAF. I was told that they would know something in about a week. I promptly informed the “gentleman” on the phone that was unacceptable to me. At this point, their representative started getting
rude and profane. I then informed them that they could keep the MAF and to please credit my Visa card for the return. He said that would be fine and I would be credited in about a week. Again, I told them that was unacceptable and that I wanted the credit that business day.
I got a call back from them later that day informing me that my Visa had been credited.
That was on Thursday, today is Saturday and there is still no credit on my Visa.
With this company, it appears that the head doesn’t have a clue what the tail is doing. Customer service is imaginary at best. A Dale Carnegie Course ® would serve them well.
I have heard of similar stories from other people. I know that some members here have had good product and service from Pro Flow, for that I am glad; it just wasn’t that way for me.
The MAF that I got as a gift turned into a nightmare.
Hell will freeze before I ever do business with Pro Flow again. Not only did the product they sent me not work with my truck, but also their complete lack of customer care made this experience horrendous.
