Making room for bigger tires.

Well after beating on the explorer a bit i noticed the rear tires are rubbing on the inner lip of the fenders. Which of course is cutting the outside of the tires. Im thinking of grinding off the inner lip or hammering it up out of the way. Any ideas or suggestions for which way to go with it??

I would grind it off. Speaking from experience, folding it up can mess up the paint if not done very carefully.

Thanks Colin. I need more lift in the rear but have some pretty crazy plans for the rear coming up here very soon. So this is an easy for the meantime fix.
