Actually they are called "Buckshot" 
My dad has them on his truck. He hasn't driven it enough to know how good the mileage is, but so far they are really good for the price.

I've mounted a few of these. They balance pretty well, but have a little "wobble" to them (nothing excessive). A guy I know is running some 35x12.50s and he seems satisfied. I give them a B+
