Ok, I took a caliper and put it on a couple spots in the center of the front sway bar...it read 31mm...there is no bushing that is 31mm...choices are 27mm, 29mm, 34mm.
Is there somewhere else I can measure this or possibly call ford and give them my vin# for them to tell me?

just call your favourite parts dealer and tell them the year , they will have all the info on their computer so you get the right ones,,
or they will tell you the right size,

There are different sizes listed in the computer, O'rielly's offered me 29, 32, or 34mm. They let me take the 32 and 34 and bring back the ones I didn't want.

I would like to get the Moog's from RockAuto...they list 27, 29, and 34mm and I want to get the right ones

take out one of the sway bar bushing brackets then take the bushing out and measure..

first time i replaced mine, i actually took the bushing out right in front of the store and brought it in for comparison..

You will want the bushing to compress slightly when installed, so go with the 29mm bushing. That will leave about .039" compression per side installed.

Mine are 34mm for my 98 and 99 truck.
