So I am starting to Lose hope in getting my vehicle back running. At this point y’all are my last hope.
I have had an issue with roaming misfire (cylinder 1-3) for over 6 months now. When I accelerate I lose all power and it triggers a flashing check engine light. I don’t recall exactly what codes are triggered but it’s all for the misfires.
I have been told by ford it was the Coils, plugs, injectors, and catalytic converters I have since replaced all these items.
I was told by 3 shops that it was something in the ECM, ford says it’s not a computer issue.
(EDIT
I also have been getting codes for both over boost and under boost.
The issue persist and my Ford is insistent that if I just let them replace those parts again with all FORD parts the issue will go away. (I didn’t not use all for parts x but still reputable manufacturers)
Has anyone ran into this issue or have any experience with this issue. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated before I just brick this thing and go on with my life.?????
