GJarrett.............. After much discussion and planning we have come up with the weekend of October 24th-26th for this year.

just curious, so is this date pretty much set in stone? just wondering cause now is the time I need to put in for time off from work. thanks

btt :)

I'm still good for those dates. Anyone else??

Randall, are you still engaged, LOL?

Yeah, I think these dates are pretty much set in stone. We might as well plan on it.

Hey guys that is my birthday weekend and what better way to spend your birthday than wheeling? I will also be there. Will there be another thread when the dates get closer to invite those of us with short term memory? Also I will be wheeling my Ranger by then can I still come...lol :) Well talk to ya later.

i'm there.

I'll be there

You can count on Climbnkd 1 and 2 being there.

Ummmm.....?

Should I even dare to respond? I have 2 cancelled trips to MOAB so far.

So for the record....

Maybe! ( No laughing Gerald, I'm trying here )

Brett, Joe Deitz, and myself will be there........well okay I will be there, those guys had better come with me after all this work to their trucks!

Just need to confirm the dates with them...

I am actually going for three days over Mem day weekend!!! HEll yeah!!!!!!!!!!!

New 6" lift, 33's, locker, should be a little more fun this time........

Sounds like a good time for me to go too!!! The boating season will be over (or at least most of the selling) so I should have plenty of free time to wheel.
Rick, lets get the PHX people to caravan. I'll probably be trailering (if I still own the X by then)

Dannyboy, what do you keep breaking????

Have you thought about a D44 TTB in its place?

:)

MOAB MOAB MOAB 2.5 weeks.........

John, a friend and I are going for the weekend, 23-26 of May.

Be back out there in Oct with the Ex guys! I must be the luckiest guy in the world! 2 Moab trips in one year.......now to get the truck ready.....

Yeah, rub it in! Thought you were supposed to come to Texas to wheel sometime?

hell yeah I would love to.....

Thing is this was spur of the moment, need to get out of town, perfect timing. HOWEVER for like 6 months now I have been collecting parts for the next stage suspension on my truck, this weekend its coming together........cut and turned beams, we build Friday, 6" Skyjacker coils, Rancho 9000's, AutoFAB fenders, 33x12.5 mudders, 2" lift block in rear with 4" Skyjacker leafs (done) and a steering stablizer. the cut and turned beams will be our third set, the first set we built was wrong, the second set we had to build twice (now on Bretts truck) and the third set will be going on my truck. Thing is we also are having custom axle shafts made right now because Brett's truck pulled the pass side apart and FUBARED it, with these beams the track width is increased 1" over stock :) VEry impressive articulation!!!!

So far I have got eh 4.10 gears installed, rebuilt both diffs, put an ARB up front, rebuilt the rear L/S, got the ARB compressor in, and a bunch of other little stuff.....this weekend the rest should come together, hopefully align it on Monday and work out the bugs before leaving for Moab on the 23rd :)

We did a real similar setup on Brett's 93 Sport (Barney) and Brett ramped 1000 with the bent beams and a spring over in the rear.....So I am really excited!!!
