I was wanting to know what I should do for my 4.0 v6 ... I was thinking about rebuilding it and the the transmission.. if I do so should I order parts to replace some in the engine for better performance.. and intakes and exhaust should I add....and any other suggestions anyone else might help .... plus has anyone done the v8 swap out and how did it work out? Thank you

As far as internal components go - it's all about how much you are willing to spend. You can get a performance camshaft and send your heads for a port and polish as well as your intake manifolds. This will give your engine a noticeable power increase. If you wallet is much bigger, you can check out http://www.vanirtech.com, which has a large performance selection for most of the 4.0 internals.

Get a torch, welder, and some cutting tools, and squeeze in a 4.6 DOHC from a Cobra. Thats it, one mod and your off to the races.
