I noticed there were some brake questions on here well I have one maybe you guys can help. I have replaced the front rotors and both front and rear pads. The truck seems to be stopping ok however just before my wheels come to a complete stop my ABS kicks on and lets the tires roll a little bit. I know thats what ABS does when your tireslock up but do you guys know of a reason it would go off all the time like that under normal driving? NAy direction to look would be helpful

Thanks Guys,

I just replaced the rotors along with the pads thats why it has me stumped. The only thing that comes to mind is a stuck caliber but it's not pulling to either side. I 've done what I could I may just have to break down and take it in.

Did You bleed the Brakes?

Im wondering if you bled the brakes? It says in the Chiltons manual that not using the right equipment could lead to air in the system, or damage the ABS pump. Or maybe you have a glitch in the ABS computer

I bled the brakes once but, I guess there could have been some air up a little farther in the lines that didn't get out. Last night it through a clue out to me. Two or three times when I was driving around last night it pulled to the left right as the ABS went off. So I am thinking that it's the caliber sticking. Thanks for the help guys.
