Mustang 8.8 clutch pack

So my spider gears bit the dust and im replacinging them in my 8.8 3.73 lsd. i also want to replace the clutch pack, but ford wants 184$. i did a search on google and found some carbon fiber ford racing clutch pack for a mustang 8.8 (99$). http://www.americanmuscle.com/ford-88-traclok-kit.html Will these work in my axle?

That looks right to me. Thats a 31 spline 8.8 trac lok kit with pinion bolt and s-clip. Of course, that link is out of stock..

damn i didnt see that..:thumbdwn: well i found the same kit but not carbon for 69$. i think ill go with that.

Good how-to thread

Later in the thread a guy talks about adding extra clutch plates. I did this in my mustang years ago. It worked great. I had to file the ends of the axles to allow for a bit of play between the pinion shaft and axle ends mind you. There was a thread somewhere but I can't find it.
