This is my second X. My first one I bought bone stock and did a lot of upgrades and had to sell it because I busted my back and could not get into it. So after a few years now I bought another X. This time I was looking for a 5 speed 4x4. I purchased my 92 X last year and have been playing with it ever since. This time I will not let this X go. This is the before and after shot. Thanks to a lot of you who post on this forum I have been able to do a lot of fun upgrades. Here are some pictures.

Thanks, No it is a billet grill junk yard special

Looks nice! Are the bumpers from jamscal? Looks like his work, my front and rear on my 92 were made by him.

Yes Jamscal did my front and rears. My rear tire swing out was his first one he did.

Okay not as fancy as most but since I do not smoke I cut out the dash where the ash tray sits and placed my radio there. It shifts fine. I know my shift knob is not on. I also just installed the manual transfer case and am looking for a stock shift knob at the yards. Once again thanks to the forum.

Here is a better view of my roof rack that was removed from a Heep and yup it bolted right up with some slight mods. I need to install a 200 amp alt and then I will wire up the lights.

I have done several mods to it in the last year of owning it. I recently just did a major tune up. All of the hoses were replaced the belt, plugs, wires flushed out the radiator. While walking the junk yard one day I found an X with a manual shift transfer case. $175.00 later I had it and the front drive shaft. I changed out the valve cover gaskets due to them leaking. Here is a picture of my recent mod. Front sway bar quick disconnects purchased from tilco4x4.

Where did you find those brush guards for the tails?

Where did you find those brush guards for the tails?

I was walking the junk yard like I do once a week and took them off another X. I wasn't sure about them until I put on the rear bumper. I think they look sharp now. I cleaned them up and sprayed them to match.

Lucky *******.... I am gonna have to make a pair someday...

Lucky *******.... I am gonna have to make a pair someday...

If I find a pair I will pick them up and PM you. But do not get your hope up, I have not seen another set since I picked mine up.

My parents drove down this weekend and I took a picture of their new 2012 X and my 92 X. My parents X has everything minus the kitchen sink. I also ran wires for my running lights and here is the pic of them too. I just connected them to my bright lights since I do not drive this much at night.

KKM Air Intake

It took more time for me to pull my tools out than it did for me to install it. I included pictures of the before and after. I have not driven it yet so no updates on how I like it.

Kkm

I drove it today and could not hear any noise over my muffler but I did notice a quicker throttle responce. All in all I think I like it.
